Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing us. Each sari is thoughtfully created to honor India’s timeless
textile heritage. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping
and returns.

Shipping (India Only)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public
holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking
details once dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
We currently ship only within India.
Orders typically reach you within 8–14 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to logistics issues, remote delivery locations, or high-volume
periods. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a nominal convenience fee added at
checkout.

Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the order by writing to us at
hello@shad-dhanu.com.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags
intact.
Important Notes:
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of fabric, color variations due
to screen differences, or change of mind.

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final and non-returnable.
Return approval is at the sole discretion of our team after reviewing your request and
product condition.
Once a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method
within 7–10 business days of receiving the product.
