Return, Refund & Exchange Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
• Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of
receiving the product.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with
all tags intact.
2. Return Process
• Initiation: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@shad-
dhanu.com
• Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your
refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method or as store credit, as per your preference.
3. Exchange Process
• Initiation: To request an exchange, contact our customer service team on
hello@shad-dhanu.com within the stipulated timeframe.
• Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is
unavailable, we will issue store credit.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs or a video of the damaged item.
After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
5. International Orders
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. For any concerns,
please contact our customer service team.
